  2. Are co-workers comfortable and at ease in their communications with one another?

  3. Do company employees feel encouraged to express their creativity?

  4. How does your organizational structure invite creative input and encourage open communication of ideas across different levels of management/employees?

  5. How well do company employees feel acknowledged/appreciated by their peers and upper-level management?

  6. What kinds of activities are offered to inspire and maintain a sense of team-building or family within the company? How often?

  7. What steps are encouraged to allow the healthy release of stress in the workplace?

  8. How would you describe company morale?

  9. Do your meetings feel tense? What sorts of techniques are used during meetings to "break the ice," alleviate stress, encourage creativity and input?

  10. What structures are in place to support:
  • a) A positive approach?
  • b) Job satisfaction?
